- Furniture Moving. We carefully move your furniture out of the way. What can't be moved will be placed on plastic blocks, if possible.
- Professional Pre-Spotting. Traffic areas and spots are pretreated for more effective removal.
- Professional Pre-Conditioning. We apply a special spray to loosen ground in dirt and oily soil.
- Pre-Grooming. We use a pile lifting rake to agitate and further loosen traffic area soil for removal.
- Deep Steam Cleaning. We use our 87 horsepower vacuum, more than three times the industry standard, and 250 degree fresh water to deeply clean and sanitize your carpets.
- Professional Fresh Water Residue-Free Rinse. We rinse your carpets thoroughly with fresh water to leave them residue free. Residue attracts dirt, so our rinse keeps your carpets cleaner, longer.
- Post Grooming. Our machines suck out 98% of the water, which means faster drying time for you. Then we set the pile in one direction, which further quickens drying time.
- Post Inspection. We will do a thorough walk-through with you when we are done to inspect your carpets and make sure you are satisfied with our work.
